*Undergraduate students, graduate students (masters, doctorate and postdoctoral fellows), bursary recipients, residents and medical students, with proof of status. If proof of status is not provided when requested by conference coordinator, the normal rate will apply.
The conference will take place fully in person at the Rogers Centre, located at 55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.
N.B. No tax is added to the registration fee.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Cancellations received in writing prior to December 31, 2024 will be refunded in full, less a $75 administration fee, and issued after the event. Only cancellations in writing will be processed. After December 31, 2024 no refunds will be issued.
